Urban Stream Media (“Urban Stream,” “we,” “us,” “our”) is a New York City–based media production company providing live streaming, podcasting, and media education/training services (the “Services”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information when you visit https://www.urbanstream.live/ (the “Site”), contact us, or work with us.

  • Name, email address, phone number, organization, role/title

  • Inquiry and project details (event info, schedules, locations, production needs)

  • Newsletter sign-ups (email and preferences)

  • Messages and communications you send to us

Through Squarespace and similar technologies, we may collect:

  • IP address, device type, browser type

  • Pages visited and actions taken on the Site, referring URLs, timestamps

C. Production/media information
Depending on a project, we may create or receive:

  • Audio/video recordings, photos, and voice recordings

  • Names, likenesses, and voices of participants/speakers

2) How We Use Information

We use information to:

  • Respond to inquiries and provide quotes, scheduling, and project management

  • Provide and deliver Services and project deliverables

Urban Stream does not sell personal information. We also do not share personal information with third parties for cross-context behavioral advertising.
